West Gippsland Arts Centre: developed evaluation frameworks and methodology to measure outcomes for WGAC’s ‘Outside the Walls’ audience development project, which included to focus groups with less frequently attending audiences.
Hamilton Performing Arts: worked with the team in Hamilton on a major Audience Research, and Marketing + Audience Development Planning project funded by Creative Victoria.
Perth Theatre Trust: Program Planning workshops with staff from State Theatre Centre of WA, His Majesty’s Theatre and Subiaco Arts Centre, and their resident companies.
CircuitWest: worked with staff from four venues in south west WA to develop Program Plans to support audience development.
Ararat Town Hall and Ararat Gallery TAMA : worked with the team in Ararat following the major re-development of the Ararat Arts precinct, researching and developing audiences through a major Audience Engagement Study funded by Creative Victoria.
Yarra Ranges Council (Victoria): strategic marketing consultancy to review marketing methods and processes while transitioning to a leaner new marketing staff structure

Syzygy Ensemble: worked with the ensemble to develop a new Business Plan.
Manning Entertainment Centre, Taree: worked on an Audience Development Research project which includes database analysis, focus groups and an online questionnaire.
Horsham Rural City Council: facilitated Program and Marketing Planning workshops and helping write Program and Marketing Plans to support the newly developed performing arts facility Horsham Town Hall, then under construction.
Country Arts WA: developed a Venue Manager’s Handbook for CircuitWest members, focussing on Marketing, Audience Development and Program Planning.
RIVERLINKS Shepparton: worked with the team at Riverlinks on an Audience Development project involving teens and young professionals, which involves focus groups, engagement events, and evaluation using the set of Community Indicators which are in use throughout local government areas in Victoria.
Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat: Audience Development Study worked with the team at Her Majesty’s on audience research and marketing planning to help them better understand the Her Majesty’s audience, who they are and what they seek in their live entertainment experience. Through greater understanding, the Theatre seeks to engage more deeply with the audience, building new audiences and strengthening existing relationships.
Ausdance Vic Board Strategic Planning Day facilitation of Business Planning sessions during planning day, including reviewing goals, KPIs and strategies and conducting a SWOT analysis.
APACA (Australian Performing Arts Centres Association): ‘What’s My Plan?’ Program Planning workshop at the 2014 APACA Conference Hobart: presented a program planning workshop, exploring the connections between programming and audience development, including artistic vision and policies, marketing and community engagement, and the benefits of writing up a Program Plan. Northern Rivers Performing Arts (NORPA): Audience Research Project: worked with NORPA to help them understand their target audience and market effectively to them using a well-researched and executed marketing and audience development plan, and to apply findings from market research to program planning for the long term.
University of Melbourne Student Union: Review and Business Planning consultancy: worked with staff in two business units at UMSU, to review and recommend restructures to improve efficiency and effectiveness; included comprehensive consultation process with staff and students; facilitated planning workshops and assisted in the development of a business plan for one of the units.
Regional Arts Victoria: ‘Developing a Program Plan’, Victorian Touring Workshop: presented two summary versions of the longer workshop to groups of around 30 venue managers and producers.
VAPAC (Victorian Association of Performing Arts Centres): Programming Workshop and Workbook; Tour Marketing Handbook: developed a comprehensive workshop and workbook to assist venue manager) in the development of Programming Plans; facilitated the workshop. Developed a Tour Marketing Handboook for “The Flood” Victorian tour.
Swan Hill Rural City Council, Arts and Culture: Marketing Planning consultancy: worked with cultural department staff to support the development of a new Marketing Plan for the Town Hall; facilitated workshops remotely via Skype; assisted with background research, writing, editing and compilation of the Plan.
APACA (Australian Performing Arts Centres Association): speaker and workshop presenter at annual conferences: 2010 Conference Melbourne, devised and presented a 3-part workshop, ‘Take the Audience Development Challenge’; 2011 Conference Perth, lead and facilitated a panel discussion on why programming and marketing need to work closely together; 2013 Conference Canberra: presented and facilitated a session, ‘Why you need a Program Plan’.
